To attend Quality One Virtual training courses participants:

  • Need to have a valid email to receive course communication
  • Need to have received the invitation email to attend the course
  • Have a sound internet connection to attend the course
  • Be able to converse in English
  • Need to have there own camera and connection to the meeting/training
  • Need to be able to follow the requirements of the virtual training sessions including:
    • Setting up and connecting to the virtual training
    • Muting and unmuting microphones as required
    • Completing exercises and displaying or sending results via the facilitator
