iProgent™ Tracker

Iprogent™ Tracker is an application being set up to allow Lean Six Sigma Programs to track the progress of the Lean Six Sigma program and all the projects within it. The tracker works by having all projects report into the tracker system and then creating Hoshin pathways to report on the overall program.

Lean Six Sigma Project Tracker will allow organisations running large lean six sigma programs or project offices to:

At Quality One we believe that management systems should be enterprise wide and not referred to as simply Quality Management Systems. Currently in development e8donline will be part of the broader iProgent™ software and robustly link to FMEA in the broader system. The e8d application can also operate as a stand alone tool.

e8D online will be a fully integrated online problem solving root cause analysis tool that will allow organisations to store the root cause problem solving data centrally and speed up the time to solution by organising the problem solving team through the 8D process and storing all data in a centrally accessible place.

e8D online will work through each of the 8 Disciplines to solve your problems at the root cause. The system is capable of storing all current and legacy problem solving projects and can focus each user on the actions they need to attend to to move the problem solving process forward.

e8D online allows users to be divided into an access categories for each problem solving exercise ensuring concentration on specific tasks and allowing an overall organisational view of the status of all outstanding problems.
