Welcome to Quality One Quarterly.
Quality One’s aim is to produce a newsletter quarterly, which we believe is the right frequency. The content will include the next quarters public training courses, a look at some key quality tools, management system updates and, in the future, relevant trade shows, technical tips, standards and guides, web updates and what’s been happening at Quality One in Australia and Quality One globally - in the US and around the world.
Our aim is for the newsletter to become a useful resource for you but also to keep it short, simple and engaging.
Looking forward to working and collaborating with you all in the future.
Thanks
Regards
Dave

At Quality One
Having worked through COVID over the past couple of years and looking like the world has come out the other side Quality One Australia has been pleased to return to onsite face to face engagement with our clients working on FMEA, APQP, 8D and implementation and upgrade of management systems. A big shout out to the teams at
ANCA Motion,
Automation Innovation,
SWSA and
TTM Rail.
Quality One Australia has also been involved in the development and implementation of software in SPC, with the
DataNet WinSPC product and the Online Process Systems Decision Making Modelling software. The release of the Decision software is imminent (currently in pre-release beta for a select group of clients and associates) and the use of the WinSPC software is growing, particularly as a response to Industry 4.0.
Quality One Australia has also committed to the Third Quarter 2022 Training Schedule in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Face to face training is back – albeit with one or two restrictions. See the Training Courses section in the newsletter below for details.

The training schedule Q3 2022 is online and available at the
Quality One Australia Training Schedule page.
It includes training in FMEA, 8D, Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt, APQP, Process Mapping, SPC, Financial Services FMEA, MSA, Process Risk Profiling and a course in the changes to the FMEA standard through the AIAG VDA FMEA update.
Current COVID rules apply as does the minimum requirement in numbers for the courses to run. Please contact Quality One Australia if you have any queries, wish to make a booking or have any customised training requirements.
Tools
In forthcoming quarterly newsletters, Quality One will cover the use and value of the tools delivered. Information on WinSPC can be found on our
WinSPC Page and Decision Making Modelling on our
Decision Modelling Page. Contact us if you need further details on either tool.
Management Systems
Quality One has helped organisations with the implementation, auditing, value adding and risk profiling of management systems across multiple standards aiming for a single internal audit approach using a risk based audit profile, leveraging the ISO High Level Structure to gain efficiencies, reduce audit time and deliver value to the enterprise management system through alignment to organisational strategies and objectives.
