Lean Six Sigma is a business process that allows organizations to drastically improve their bottom line by designing and monitoring everyday business activities in ways that minimize waste and resources
while increasing customer satisfaction. The Master Black Belt participant will learn techniques to design and deploy an enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma program including the delivery of tools to Define,
Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control (DMAIC) processes. This course will prepare and provide the participant with the skills to implement, deliver, coach/mentor, monitor and report Lean Six Sigma Programs.
Prerequisites for Master Black Belt training include the delivery of Black Belt Level projects in order to assure sufficient amount of practical experience is attained in delivering Lean Six Sigma projects.
Participants and organizations requiring a project-based approach to business methodology and improvement in an organised program manner should attend this course.
This course is delivered over a number of weeks with 4 days in total spread over the initial implementation of a Lean Six Sigma Program and is typically done as part of a broader program. This allows for
participants to absorb and implement course material in a work environment as part of their Master Black Belt program of work and gain feedback in the training setting. The Master Black Belt course does
not require the Master Black Belt participant to complete a project but does require the implementation and in the longer-term delivery of a Lean Six Sigma Program. Master Black Belts will need to assist
and oversee Black Belt projects which are typically of the highest level of risk in the organisations deliverable requirements and as a result have higher levels of interaction across the organisation,
higher levels of stakeholder engagement, greater interaction with regulatory requirements and more detail required on data investigation and use.

The Master Black Belt training will provide information for those needing to use the principles of Lean Six Sigma problem solving, continuous improvement, data analysis and risk management in their
day-to-day job function and to deliver the Lean Six Sigma Program around the Lean Six Sigma Projects in the organisation. The training will provide the appropriate information for the Master Black Belt
to handle most situations and assist Black and Green Belts in the delivery of projects while giving governance to the overall Lean Six Sigma Program.
After the completion of the course, participants will be able to:
