Training materials can be converted in required languages and delivered on site. While Quality One makes every effort to have trainers available in all languages it is at times not possible however our trainers are experienced in working with translators to deliver the desired outcomes.

Where follow up implementation is required after training Quality One consultants can be on site or available through communication channels to assist in embedding the quality tools in the organisation procedures, activities and culture.

Global Training Program Process

The general steps in organising and delivering a global training and implementation program are:

• Organise Content and requirements
• Customise Content as required
• Identify personnel and supply chain requiring delivery
• Identify the delivery requirement at each location
• Coordinate delivery
• Deliver the training requirement and any implementation and robustness requirements
• Assess training and implementation delivery
• Certify and send certificates and feedback to personnel as appropriate
• Report training and implementation program as required
