5 Days in 5 Months Business Process Improvement teaches a disciplined method of process engagement and facilitation in business through a simple yet rigorous approach to knowing your business and creating documentation that supports focus and action to keep up to date with market changes, improvements and volatility.

This course has Work Based Learning Requirements in order to achieve certification. Work Based Learning Requirements are designed to allow participants to apply knowledge and theory direct to their business while conducting formal training sessions. The application of Work Based Learning Requirements defines the measurable immediate return on investment and immediate integration to Business as Usual that the unique approach of this course offers. Participants will be expected to submit Work Based Learning Requirements for assessment in order to achieve certification. Work Based Learning Requirements must also represent the AS-IS state of the business.
