Working in the quality industry since 2000 in association with Quality Associates International Inc. Dave heads the South East Asia office based in Melbourne, Australia.

Dave has worked in the areas of training, consultation and solutions development since 1996 both with his own company and now exclusively through QAI Inc and QAISEA Pty Ltd. Dave's current role sees him providing expertise and direction in Electronic Process Management, Software and Systems Development and Integration and 8 Disciplines for companies such as Ford Motor Company, Bristol Myer Squibb, Angus and Robertson, National Australia Bank, ANCA and Dana Automotive amongst others.

Dave regularly provides consulting services in industries such as Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Banking, Service and Education and currently focussing on quality and business process improvement services with a number of key clients.

Dave’s formal education is in Mathematics, where he obtained a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics in 1988. As head of Quality Associates International South East Asia Pty Ltd Dave is a member of the Australian Organisation for Quality, the Australian Institute of Training and Development and is a registered lean six sigma Master Black Belt professional with the Australian Organisation for Quality. He works closely with Quality Associates International in the US to develop tools and training for use both in the Asia-Pacific and other regions that QAI services.

A qualified teacher, Dave currently teaches the following workshops for QAI and QAISEA: 8D, EPM, FTA, SPC(Intro), FMEA, APQP, Curriculum Blueprints and develops, delivers and evaluates Lean Six Sigma programs and projects.
