Experienced and well regarded in managing every aspect of management systems, people, quality, training, projects, information and improvement methodologies across all activities associated with medium to large Companies.

A key person with the management of Six Sigma and the Business Excellence Framework assessment throughout WMC Resources both at an operational level and within the Shared Services Group: e.g. finance, HR, information, property and legal; recently recognised as the most mature shared services organisation in the Asia – Australia region for 2005.

Peter had a key involvement in the development, training, facilitation and measurement of 24 Six Sigma Teams throughout Motorola Australia, both in manufacturing and administrative functions; e.g. finance, HR, supply, sales and marketing. This in effect introduced the concept of Six Sigma to Australian industries.
